No. RSD 600,000 is the minimum amount of an individual voucher excluding VAT. The voucher value may be higher, in accordance with the value of eligible costs stated in the relevant quotation/pro forma invoice.

Yes. A beneficiary may use multiple vouchers up to a total cumulative amount of RSD 3,600,000, provided that the previously approved voucher has been successfully completed before the next application is submitted.

Not necessarily. If several types of tokens or cloud resources fall under the same category, “Access to compute/cloud credits and tokens”, and are procured from the same provider, they may be covered by a single voucher and a single quotation/pro forma invoice.
No. Subscriptions/licenses for the use of ready-made AI applications through their standard user interface are not considered eligible costs under this activity.
If the original vendor does not issue a pro forma invoice under its standard self-service model, available official documentation may be submitted from which the Innovation Fund can determine the type of service and the price of the planned procurement.
This may include the official price list from the vendor’s website, screenshots of relevant pricing/billing pages and, if the applicant has previously purchased the same credits or tokens, previous invoices for such purchases.
Yes, but pure resale is not eligible.
The reseller must provide documented value-added services, such as architecture, setup, monitoring, implementation support or FinOps/cost optimization. These services must be clearly identified in the quotation and provided at no additional charge.
Yes. If the company genuinely develops and provides its own AI platform/AI application backend, it may be considered the original supplier of that solution.
However, if the quotation essentially relates to the resale of API credits or tokens of other providers, the Program rules applicable to resellers apply. The final assessment depends on the specific product, quotation and cost structure.
No. Costs of custom software development, programming and general consulting services are not eligible as standalone costs under the Program.
However, relevant API credits, tokens, compute/cloud resources and other eligible AI infrastructure required for the development or operation of the solution may be covered by a voucher.
No. A provider of certification preparation services, including gap assessment, implementation support and internal audit, does not have to be a certification body, but should have the appropriate professional capacity and relevant experience to provide the services concerned.
The certification audit itself and the issuance of the certificate must be carried out by an appropriate accredited certification body.
Yes. The application and quotation must clearly indicate which AI system, model, platform or AI infrastructure is the subject of the cybersecurity activities and how the proposed services relate to the risks of that AI solution.
Generic cybersecurity activities that are not directly related to an AI solution cannot automatically be considered eligible.
Yes, provided that it acts as a service provider to other, unrelated companies and that the other Program requirements are met. Any relationship between the beneficiary and the service provider may be subject to additional review by the Innovation Fund.
No. The list of suppliers provided in Annex 1 is illustrative.
The eligibility of a specific service provider, product, activity and cost is determined during the evaluation of the specific application, based on the documentation submitted with the application and the Program rules.
No. Amounts and eligible costs under the Program are considered excluding VAT. The minimum value of an individual voucher of RSD 600,000 refers to eligible costs excluding VAT.
No. One voucher may cover only one eligible AI activity and one service provider.
Yes, provided that all resources/costs concerned are eligible, fall under the same Program activity, are procured from the same service provider and are clearly presented in the quotation/pro forma invoice.
Yes. The value of the eligible service may exceed the maximum amount of support that a beneficiary can receive under the Program. In that case, the Innovation Fund finances the eligible cost up to the available cumulative limit of RSD 3,600,000 per beneficiary, while the beneficiary must finance the difference up to the total value of the service from its own funds.
