Startup Centers

Regional Innovation Startup Centres (RISCs) support startups and innovative entrepreneurs by providing access to infrastructure, knowledge, mentoring, and networks necessary for the development and growth of innovative business ventures.

In 2023, the Innovation Fund launched a support programme for the establishment and strengthening of Regional Innovation Startup Centres, which over the past two years has contributed to the development of their capacities and the strengthening of local innovation ecosystems. In 2026, the Fund is launching a new support programme that represents a continuation of institutional and programme support for the already established centres.

The objective of the Programme is to further strengthen the organisational and programme capacities of Regional Innovation Startup Centres, improve the quality and accessibility of services provided to beneficiaries, and enhance their role within the innovation ecosystem of the Republic of Serbia.
