Start Tel Aviv in Belgrade

Embassy of Israel in Serbia and the Center for Technology Transfer of the University of Belgrade organized “Start Tel Aviv” competition for startup companies in Serbia, held at the Rectorate premises of the University of Belgrade. 

The winner of this year competition is “Balkan Viator” company in the field of information technologies. They will have the opportunity to participate in DLD festival, the largest international festival of innovation in Israel from 6 to 11 September.

“Start Tel Aviv” this year brings together competitors from 23 cities, and Belgrade is among London, Berlin, Dublin, Helsinki, New Delhi, Oslo, Lima and other great startup capitals.

The winning startup will have the opportunity to meet with the leading Israeli entrepreneurs, business angels and technology incubators representatives, as well as to see firsthand how the famous Tel Aviv “startup ecosystem” works, during the five-day stay in Tel Aviv.
