Avantech Electronics: smart solutions for a more comfortable life
Modern technologies open up new opportunities for companies that introduce innovative products and set new industry standards. As a market leader in electronic and IT solutions in Serbia and the region, Avantech Electronics company stands out by applying cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. AI and machine learning enable real-time process optimization, providing users with personalized solutions that fit their needs.
The motto of the Avantech Electronics team is commitment. "Above all, we owe our success on the market to commitment. We take care of our clients and their needs in the best possible way, creating innovative solutions", says Nikola Carkic, the company's software engineer.
Avantech Electronics has gained recognition for its innovative queue management system, Avantech QMS, which allows customers to take a waiting number. Their system is used in many institutions in Serbia and allows users to monitor queues via mobile phones, thus eliminating the need for physical presence in queues, significantly improving the user experience.
Essential support for technology development
The Avantech Electronics team is currently focused on developing the "Smart rent a parking" project - an innovative hardware-software platform for managing public and private parking spaces. The one-of-a-kind platform, "Uber for parking", aims to facilitate everyday life in urban areas, reduce congestion, and optimize the use of parking spaces.
"Our product solves two key problems - the problem of lack of parking spaces and the problem of traffic flow in cities," explains Goran Pavlovic, the company's founder and director. This system allows users to quickly and efficiently find free parking spaces, and the technical solution eliminates the need to install additional electrical installations in garages, reducing the capital and operating costs.
Thanks to this approach, "Smart rent a parking" is applicable at the local, regional, and global levels.
"We are very grateful for the financial support provided by the Innovation Fund and the European Union. That support was crucial in developing this technology in Serbia," Carkic points out and adds: "With the Avantech solution, cities will be able to reduce congestion and infrastructure maintenance costs significantly."
Team strength
Although Avantech Electronics' technological solutions are emerging as future solutions, one of the biggest challenges they face is attracting and retaining quality staff. "The main challenge is how to attract and retain quality people," admits Carkic, emphasizing the importance of creating a stimulating environment for engineers and innovators.
Nevertheless, thanks to the motivation of employees, continuous investments and dedication to clients’ needs, Avantech Electronics successfully implements innovative ideas. Carkic advises young innovators to focus on teamwork and building quality relationships. "The main advice I would give to future innovators is to be persistent and build your team from quality people," he adds.
A look into the future
By focusing on solutions that directly improve the quality of life in urban environments, Avantech Electronics is laying the groundwork for future generations of smart cities. Their commitment to innovation, with the support of the Fund and the European Union, allows them to remain at the forefront of industry in the region. By placing people and innovation at the center of its business, Avantech Electronics remains committed to creating solutions that improve everyday life and contribute to a brighter future.
