Project: World-Class Speech Technologies for South Slavic Languages
Project start: 01.09.2013
Duration: 24 months
Project budget: EUR 421,200
IF co-financing: EUR 293,200
Project manager: Darko Pekar
The ICT company from Novi Sad is presenting new technologies of automatic speech recognition and synthesis for South Slavic languages. Throughout the latest project they have significantly upgraded the quality and functionality of developed speech technologies, enabling their commercialization within a much wider array of innovative products and attractive services. These will include interactive voice response systems, intelligent call centers, systems for text dictation and automatic transcription of recorded speech, as well as a number of aids for people with disability.
Company: Milinković Company
Project: Improvement of MC System
Project start: 01.09.2013
Duration: 24 months
Project budget: EUR 285,400
IF co-financing: EUR 199,774
Project manager: Milenko Milinković
The Belgrade based “Milinković Company” has developed an improved integrated system of construction, using prefabricated building blocks (“big bricks”) in order to construct multipurpose halls of various dimensions. Their solution represents a quick and simple way of construction of long-lasting, durable objects, and results in energy efficient objects of high quality, which are simultaneously resistant to storm winds, fire and earthquakes. The system also provides significant savings during the exploitation phase in terms of reducing the energy consumption on annual basis.
Company: Morena Inženjering
Project: Cassius – Tennis Clay Court Robot
Project start: 01.09.2013
Duration: 12 months
Project budget: EUR 188,600
IF co-financing: EUR 129,100
Project manager: Nikola Petrović
Operating in the fields of robotics and ICT, the Morena Inženjering company from Niš developed a “smart” robot for efficient and safe cleaning of clay-surface tennis courts. Using complex orientation algorithms, a modular design and new technologies from the segment of smart electronics, Cassius finds its way around the court easily and with precision, responds to commands and tasks, and is also very practical to maintain and service.
Company: Sentronis
Project: Development and Commercialization of Clip-Around DC/AC Current Transducers
Project start: 01.09.2013.
Duration: 24 months
Project budget: EUR 418,440
IF co-financing: EUR 248,940
Project manager: Saša Dimitrijević
Sentronis AD is offering a new range of high precision current transducers that will be used for AC and DC current testing and measurement. The device is designed as a clip-around-cable type, allowing for measurement to take place without cable disconnection. Precision superior to the current industrial standard is achieved through a new device structure and an advanced magnetic field sensor, as well as a new technique of transducers linearization.
Company: Techno Foam
Project: Automatic Sponge Cutting and Packing Machine
Project start: 01.09.2013
Duration: 24 months
Project budget: EUR 430,000
IF co-financing: EUR 300,000
Project manager: Radomir Savinović
Coming from Stari Banovci and operating in the machine industry – developing specialized machines for the needs of companies dealing in sponge production – Techno Foam has designed and developed a new machine for cutting, profiling and packaging of sponges. The new solution offers a completely automated unit that effectively replaces four different machines, generates savings in terms of energy and manpower needed to operate the line, and enables a significantly higher production capacity due to the machine’s minimum downtime.
